ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

We invite researchers, clinicians, academicians, and postgraduate students to submit their original research abstracts for presentation at MICRO-BIOCHEMCON LKO 2026: National Conference on Clinical Microbiology & Biochemistry. This platform offers an excellent opportunity to showcase innovative work, exchange ideas, and gain national recognition.

Submission Guidelines

  • Abstracts must be original and unpublished.
  • The content should be relevant to General Surgery or allied specialties.
  • Abstract must be written in clear English.
  • Word limit: 250–300 words.
  • Structured format is mandatory:
    • Background
    • Methods
    • Results
    • Conclusion
  • Do not include references, tables, or figures in the abstract.
  • Use standard abbreviations only.

Categories for Submission

  • Oral Presentation
  • Poster Presentation

Authors may indicate their preferred category; however, the scientific committee reserves the right to make the final decision.

  • Abstract Submission Opens: 01/04/2026
  • Notification of Acceptance: With in 5 Working days of Submission.

  • File name should include: First Author Name_Abstract

Review & Selection

All submitted abstracts will undergo a peer-review process by the scientific committee. Selection will be based on:

  • Scientific relevance
  • Originality
  • Methodological quality
  • Clinical significance

Registration Requirement

  • At least one author must register for the conference after acceptance.
  • Only registered participants will be allowed to present.

Awards & Publication Opportunities

  • Best Oral and Poster Presentations will be awarded.
  • Selected abstracts/full papers may be considered for publication in associated journals/special issues.

  • Submission of an abstract implies that all authors have approved the content.
  • The organizing committee reserves the right to accept or reject abstracts.
